1. When are the items delivered?

Orders from this website to all areas of the UK, with the exception of Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm. If you choose our Next Day service, you goods will be delivered the next working day anytime between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our next working day does not include Saturdays or Sundays.

We are not liable and will accept no responsibility, consequential or otherwise, for late deliveries which are caused by our couriers or agents.

2. Order cancellations and charges?

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you legally have 7 days to cancel an item or return it for credit. This does not apply to customised goods.

3. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Customers from outside the EU will need to contact us before purchase. International payments can only be made via bank transfer. We do not accept Western Union.

4. Can I purchase if i am not based in the EU?

Yes however you will need to contact us. For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, international customers can only pay by direct bank transfer.
